How do the calls work?
All sessions happen on Zoom. After booking, you'll receive a link and a short intake form so I can prepare for your specific situation. Discovery calls are 60 minutes, Strategy Sessions are 90 minutes.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Do I get a recording?
Yes. Every call is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. Strategy Sessions also include a written action plan.
What's the difference between a Discovery Call and a Strategy Session?
A Discovery Call is a focused audit — we look at one specific area (your idea, your website, your marketing) and give you actionable next steps. A Strategy Session is a full deep-dive where we map out your entire digital strategy and deliver a written plan you can follow for months.
How does the Launch Sprint pricing work?
Each Sprint is custom-quoted based on your needs and business type. Typical range is $1,497–$2,497. Submit a quote request and I'll get back to you within 24 hours with a proposal.
